Warranty information

1. ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Horeca Consultants will repair, refinish or replace the following in its original color and style, if available, or to match if the former has been discontinued.

• CUSHION FABRIC, SLING AND UMBRELLA MATERIAL

If the cushion fabric, sling, umbrella material should tear, mildew, or color fade excessively within one year from the date of purchase.

• UMBRELLA AND BASE

When the structure of the umbrella or umbrella base fails within one year from the date of purchase. However, damage due to rough handling will not be included.

• COMPONENT PARTS

Glide, bolt, wheel, etc. fails due to manufacturing defect within one year from the date of purchase.

2. TWO YEAR WARRANTY

• WOVEN WICKER FURNITURE

If the wicker or structure should fail i.e. broken frame, welds, weave unravels or color fades within two years from date of purchase, Horeca Consultants will repair, refinish or replace the product to its original color and style, when available, or to match if the former has been discontinued.

3. THREE YEAR WARRANTY

Horeca Consultants will repair, refinish or replace the following in its original color and style, when available, or to match if the former has been discontinued.

• ALUMINIUM FRAME

If the structure of the aluminum frame should fail i.e. break or crack, or the finish peel or blister within three years from the date of purchase.

• STAINLESS STEEL FRAME

If the structure of the stainless steel frame should fail i.e. break or crack, or the finish peel or blister within three years from the date of purchase.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. Photographs, 3 rd party inventory and inspection in some cases may be required. Warranty begins from the date of purchase.

EXCLUSIONS

Horeca Consultants does not cover repairs, refinishing or replacements caused by the following:

• Unreasonable or abusive use
• Chemical stains and damages
• Exposure to extreme climate conditions
• Modifications made by third party after purchase other than Horeca Consultants ltd
• Changes in wood colour due to natural aging of the wood
• Neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance
• Normal wear and tear subjected to weather and use
• Force Majeure
• Horeca Consultants reserves the right to make changes or amendments to these terms without prior notice.

The warranty stated above does not cover mishandling and normal wear & tear.
